You can update your website content through your client portal by submitting content update requests. Simply go to the Request Changes section, select Content Update as the request type, and describe what you’d like to change. Our team will implement the changes within 24-48 hours.

Your estimated delivery date is shown in your Project Status on the Dashboard. For your current project, the estimated date is May 15, 2026. We’ll keep you updated throughout the development process and notify you if there are any changes to the timeline.

Your site build package includes revision rounds. Submit your revisions through the Request Changes section with Design Change as the type. Need an extra page added? You can purchase the Extra Page add-on ($35) from the Subscriptions section.

Yes! You can add optional add-ons anytime through the Subscriptions & Addons section of your portal. Available add-ons include Website Maintenance ($39/mo), Extra Page ($35), SSL Certificate ($49), and Domain Registration ($15). Changes take effect immediately.

We’ll handle domain connection setup during the final delivery phase. If you already have a domain registered, our team will provide you with the DNS settings to update with your domain registrar. If you need help purchasing a domain, we can assist you with that process as well.

After your site goes live, you’ll have ongoing access to this client portal to request changes and manage your account.
