Welcome to ATC Web Studio. By using our website or purchasing our services, you agree to the following terms.
Services
ATC Web Studio provides web design, development, hosting management, and ongoing maintenance services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined per project and confirmed before work begins.
Payments
A 50% deposit is required to begin any project. The remaining balance is due upon project completion and approval. Recurring maintenance plans are billed monthly. All payments are processed securely through Stripe or PayPal.
Revisions
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the project scope. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you own the final website design and content you provided. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
Limitation of Liability
ATC Web Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. If you cancel after work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable. We reserve the right to terminate service for non-payment or violation of these terms.
